Sous vide mussles

How long should you sous vide mussels(in their shells) for till they are pasterised? @60.5 degrees C is 1/2 an hour long enough?

I ran across this article on
pasteurizing mussels and it suggests 70C for 20 minutes. However, they also suggest having a acidic liquid in there so they wouldn't still be in their shells.
