partly frozen steak

Y would like to know how long is the cooking time for a partly frozen london broil, I have the temp at 134 f how much longer will i need to cook it

My preference is to cook London Broil for 24 hours at 131 degrees F. With that kind of extended cooking time, starting from frozen doesn't make a whole lot of difference. There is one thing, though. Frozen meats have cell walls penetrated by ice crystals, so they lose juices and toughen easily. If you have the choice of never freezing the meat the results might please you more. Once the meat has been frozen, the sous vide technique is highly desirable to rescue a pleasing texture.
