partly frozen steak

Y would like to know how long is the cooking time for a partly frozen london broil, I have the temp at 134 f how much longer will i need to cook it

It depends on the thickness of the steak. It normally adds 30 to 45 minutes but for an exact time you can check out our
sous vide thickness ruler.
