Beef Back Ribs
Asked by Jonny on Thursday, April 08
I have some beef back ribs (also known as assado).
I was thinking of cooking them at 141 F for 36 hours. Does that sound right?

Yeah, I think that would work well. Let us know how they turn out, I'd love to hear your assado recipe.

Are your beef back ribs the same as my standing rib roast ribs?
