Sur la Table is set to make an announcement regarding the launch of a line of sous vide equipment in the next few weeks. Their previous line was canceled when their supplier couldn't meet their "lead free" requirements.
The initial sous vide line from Sur la Table was expected to be high-end, running almost a thousand dollars. It'll be interesting to see if they are keeping with that approach or if they will try to compete with the SousVideMagic line of less-expensive sous vide controllers.
