New at Sous Vide and must cook for 6 people.

Salmon and Veggies. Help. I'm using an 8-1/2 quart slow cooker with a Dorkfood Thermostat. I really need help with what to cook first and which veggies would be best to sous vide also. I would appreciate any advice.
