I would like to know how much does the sous vide cost in electric to run for 48 hrs

Hi Elizabeth, your electricity used during sous vide really depends on the type of sous vide machine you are using, since the heating device and the container you are using for sous vide both affect the amount of heat lost and energy used in the sous vide process.
